Returns Policy

We have a 28–day return policy, this means you have 28 days after receiving your item to return it. Return postage is the customers responsibility.

For the item to be eligible to return, it must be in the same condition that you received it. This means that the item is unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

LJM Equestrian Range are not responsible for any returns until they have arrived back with us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.

Returns checklist –

  1. The item is free from any marks and tags still attached.
  2. The item was not purchased longer than 28 days ago.
  3. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, however if exchanging , we will re – ship free of charge.
  4. Include a note with your order number and name.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchange service

If you wish to exchange your item, please contact us at ljmequestrianrange@gmail.com with the details regarding the exchange. If your exchange is accepted, and your return is received, we will re- ship free of charge to you.

Faulty items

Please check your order, and contact us  immediately if you believe your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item,  so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
